Twin Creek Guest Guest Parking Permit Rules

1. Guest parking requires a Guest Parking Permit 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2. All vehicles parked in guest parking anytime 24/7 must have obtained a Guest Parking Permit.
3. All guests must park in marked guest parking spaces.
4. To be valid Guest Parking Permits must be in place before the vehicle has been booted.
5. Guest Permits are limited to 14 days per calendar year.
6. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to keep track of the number of days they have received guest permits.
7. Vehicles found with permits that exceed the 14 day maximum will be booted.
8. Residents are not allowed to park in guest parking 24/7.
9. All vehicles in the Guest Parking spaces must have current vehicle registration clearly visible on the outside of the vehicle.
